Board Member – Fred Yaffe

Fred Yaffe retired and moved to Cary in 2010 following a 35-year career in higher education where he was a Professor of Experimental Psychology – the last 15 years serving as Dean of Arts and Sciences at three different universities. In this capacity he had administrative responsibility in several universities over departments of theater, film, creative writing, screen writing and the arts in general. He has acted in community theaters for thirty years appearing in musicals, comedies and dramas. He had previously served on community theater boards in Kansas and Illinois.
